i read what Admin Arkantos wrote about premium and u said that they come with a...a..warranty?
heres what i found

These promo comes with these terms:

1. This promo is only available for new characters.
2. These items comes with the whole package, no installment deals.
3. The timeframe of service is 1-3 days upon the retrieval of the donation.
4. All items are non refundable.
5. We are not accountable of any loss of items/accounts due to scams/hacks and some other exploitations.<-----warranty???
6. Only errors with the premium items which will be proven the servers fault shall be entertained.

That's not what exploitations mean.. It means that, for example, you mall that premium package, and then you "conveniently" are scammed and lose your acc, then you'll ask the GM for a refund, and if he would agree (would never happen) you would get 2 sets of premium, capice? o-o

The 6th point is more of a warranty..

-cough- im talking about VIP Ares being scammed by his friend FactJr and then GM returning his items back to him >.>......see rule no.5......says we are not responsible/accountable for scam cases

fallack,you only talking about Ares,why dont you talk about your friend Aeon???i also return back Aeon items which been scam by FireON,all his items and even some of that items is already been upgrade by FireOn,for example from +15 to +16...did i pull back that gems?btw is Aeon a premium ID???

Premium doesnt mean anything its jus a title no special treatment from any GM or Admin... all players are treated equally.. no player or players are favoured at any point in time.. scamming is dealt with when u hav proper information.

no GM..i thought u said that u wont return back his items....Aeon said that u dont give a damn about giving back his items...i didnt know..and later u told me that the case is already complete and ur giving back his items...and i got mute o_O......sooo thats all..i was just helping Aeon get back his items by proving that Ares got back his items and why not Aeon?

what do u mean the hard way??? its was Hottie who send me the report on my FB,which i just read it 1 day before fallack flame me in the server...Hottie shout me at world in game that day saying that she send me a pm on my fb...after i read that...i check the log instantly...do u think its a fun work to read almost 200mb txt of Trade log??? and there is also other case which i have to care..not only 1 report...the report is suppose to be send to my email dggame@yahoo.com ..so why u want to said it was a hard way if he not even follow the direction by sending a report to fb while the report must be summit to dggame@yahoo.com

Have a problem XxAeonxX lent his Equipment to his friend FireOn for pvp..since they were best friends...stupidity struck! and FireOn has ran off with equips! I know you don't normally entertain this, I would really appreciate if u can look into trade logs and missing items, as it's for Aeon whom I will be malling a VIP in the next few weeks.
